Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Table Pilot. By installing the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Table Pilot is a table-building app for Shopify merchants. Features and plan structure are described on our landing page. Features can be added, removed, or changed with reasonable notice.

2. Account eligibility

You must be a Shopify merchant in good standing. You’re responsible for keeping your Shopify credentials secure.

3. Pricing and billing

  • Plans billed monthly through Shopify’s Billing API.
  • Price locked forever: your signup price never increases as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and reinstall, the then-current price applies.
  • No refunds for partial months. Top-up credits are non-refundable once consumed. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.
  • Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use Table Pilot to publish illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
  • Use AI features to generate content that violates OpenAI’s usage policy

5. Intellectual property

  • Table Pilot owns the app, its codebase, templates, and brand.
  • You own the tables, rows, and content you create inside the app.
  • We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the app while subscribed.

6. Data

Handled per our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranty. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We’re not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect damages.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • You can cancel at any time by uninstalling from Shopify admin.
  • We can terminate your access for material breach with 7 days notice.
  • Upon termination, your data is deleted within 48 hours per Shopify’s shop/redact timeline.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Table Pilot is operated. Disputes go to the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
