1. Monthly subscriptions
Shopify billing charges in advance for each billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. When you cancel or downgrade, your current plan runs to the end of the paid cycle, then switches.
2. AI credit top-ups
Top-up credits are one-time purchases. They don’t expire, stack on top of your monthly allowance, and are non-refundable once consumed. Unconsumed top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you email info@webdevarif.com.
3. Exceptional circumstances
If Table Pilot has an outage longer than 24 hours in a single billing period, we’ll credit your next invoice pro-rata. Contact info@webdevarif.com.
4. How to cancel
Uninstall Table Pilot from your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps). Your data is deleted 48 hours later per Shopify’s shop/redact flow.
